• February 22nd to 24th - Chalice well Sacred spring course in inner arts. An opportunity to refresh and renew in a peaceful setting. Tai chi, Reiki, NLP, Massage and forms of personal development will be among the experiences on offer. Wick, Somerset. £85. This course is residential and the cost includes breakfasts and 2 nights' accommodation. Bed and breakfast accommodation is also available nearby at reasonable rates.
• March 25th-28th - Dacayana Uk Accelerated learning Course for Teachers With Master Jhun Dacayana. 4 days of Intensive Training within the Dacayana System. Please see Dacayana UK website for details. 10 Places availble for Sacred Spring members at a of Cost £85 to FullMembers and Teachers of Sacred Spring and Non Members at a Cost £150. NB - The only course thats not free to Full Members of Sacred Spring!!!!!!!
• March 29th to 31st - Lynmouth Festival of Martial Arts with Special Guest Master Jhun Dacayana from Cebu City, Phillpines. Russell Stutely, Kevin Pell, Jo Biggs. Joe Carslake Cost £65, Venue Lynmouth Town Hall, Lynton and Lynmouth, North Devon.
• April 12th -13th Sports Hypnosis. Join the Grace under Pressure team, Adam Vile and Jo Biggs, for a GHR certified course in sports hypnosis. , Cost £125. This is a semillion course and is free to Gold members of Sacred Spring. Venue Bedford Jujutsu, Willington Peace Memorial Hall, Willington, Bedford.
• June 22nd MidSummers Course Celebrating 21 years of Shinpi Izumi, Cost £20 for Training Adults / £10 Children. Venue Honbu, Willington,Bedford. (This is not included in the Gold membership package).
• October 10th, 11th and 12th- Change Course - Affordable Introduction to NLP. Cost £275. 15% Early booking Discount. This is a semillion course which is heavily discounted for Sacred Spring Members to £145. Course fee includes accomdation and breakfast for two nights. Venue Tors Hotel, Lynmouth, Devon. Nb accomdation and food provided.

The Spirit of our courses

Each of our general Sacred Spring courses has a primary outer focus - hand to hand, stick and blade and specialist techniques. We frequently invite top instructors from related arts to teach on our courses.

Courses have an inner focus, and are taught throughout using the latest mind technologies, focussing on personal development as well as the rapid assimilation of these effective fighting skills. We will also teach simple techniques of meditation, relaxation and self-hypnosis, and share some of the ways that you can train your brain to slow down time, to make actions bigger, and to be able to work at a faster pace. The mind body connection is exploited to make you faster, fitter and more flexible.

Courses include Chi Gung (movement in stillness) and Tai Chi (stillness in movement) to set and maintain maind body energies, and throughout the training physical technique in hand to hand and stick and knife is surrounded by and supplemented with mental skills. We want you to take away from our course, things that will be of use to you in your own training. Not just a handful of great, effective, immediately available techniques.
